Staff very happy.
Appointments all on time.
All staff say hello.
It was not made at all clear in the letter that the location of the clinic had changed. This was only obvious when we saw the signs on the doors of the original clinic.
All adds to the stress!
Regular visits in stages/equipment take mobile on records as notes, to get landline calls.
Care received during of was fantastic but, follow up waiting time was long, excessive and frustrating.
The day I
Patient and attentive. So hard working and always with a smile.
It took a few days for the med frequency to match that expected my the Dr's. By day 3 it was perfect.
The kingfisher ward do an amazing job with limited resource and time. They are a credit to St Peter's.
Cannot answer question 3 and 4 as not really relevant to my situation as I was an emergency.
All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Treatment was fast but effective.
Special thanks to my night nurse Ramona. She was an absolute delight and Cyprese my recovery nurse and my nurse Reme was kind and considerate.
Every thing was perfect from my blader of to post care treatment the staff inc Diana, Neil, Amanda, Bob many thanks guys and gals.
I am so thankful to have come to this clinic and cannot praise enough the nurses who treated me. After a long time of worry and fear they have changed my life for me moment their treatment was so reassuring and painless and their advice so kind, informative and helpful.
